GoMailVibe ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our promotional email service (the "Service").

By accessing the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account details (name, email, organisation)
• Sender domain and DNS records you authorise
• Recipient lists you upload to send campaigns to
• Billing information processed by our payment provider
• Support communications and feedback

We also collect technical data automatically: log files, IP addresses of API callers, timestamps, and the size and outcome of each send. We do not record the body of the campaign content for analytics; only metadata.

We use the information to:

• Operate the Service and send the email you authorise
• Provide deliverability reporting and event tracking
• Detect abuse, spam, and policy violations
• Communicate about your account, billing, and incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors necessary to operate the Service (mailbox providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers) and only as required to deliver your authorised sends.

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

We retain account and send metadata for as long as your account is active and for a limited period after closure for legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention purposes. Recipient lists you delete are removed from active storage within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

Our website uses minimal cookies for session and preference management. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. The Service itself uses tracking pixels and link rewriting on your authorised sends, only as you configure them.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
